死撐,不是堅持的唯一打開方式

有一種痛叫做,我本可以,卻沒能堅持。

雄心勃勃定下的目標,只要一星半點的理由就可以化為泡影。

實際上,恒心也是一種修為,是可以通過對自己的認識和了解去挖掘培養的。

你的恒心,與你的意愿有關

很多時候,不能堅持并不是因為我們不能吃苦,只是因為我們做某件事情的意愿不強。

我的體力和耐力都不好,長跑常常是忍著頭痛惡心硬撐到最后。

因為這個原因,每次跑步前我都有很大的心理壓力。加上那些立下的瘦身目標常常不能三兩天見效,所以每一次都是心血來潮地開始,虎頭蛇尾地結束。

可最近這一年,我卻很積極地把晨跑堅持了下來。

并不是突然間變堅強,而是因為一個特別不起眼的理由:能夠一個人呆一會兒。

自從榮升為兩個孩子的媽媽后,我經常忙亂到連上廁所都覺得是一種奢侈。

一大早,把沒起床的孩子交給家人,換上運動鞋,在空曠的街道上吹吹涼風,吸吸那尚未被污染的空氣,戴上耳機,聽幾首喜歡的歌……

盡管只有短短的半個小時,但這一切都讓我足夠迷戀。

雖然我仍然會在跑出四五百米之后心跳加快,頭疼,手臂和腿都酸困地抬不起來。可對我來說,只要能出去,其他都不是什么大事。

原先看起來無法克服的困難,現在只要稍稍放慢腳步,調整呼吸,不一會兒便能緩解了。

堅持就是痛苦和心理需求博弈的過程。如果痛苦更明顯,堅持就會變得艱難;如果心理需求更勝,堅持就只是自我成全的必經之路而已。

心之所向,行之所至。

只要從心底里非常想做某件事,就一定會調動身體里的所有潛能,積極配合。

你的恒心,與你的節奏有關

當我們立下FLAG的時候,可能一開始都會忍不住下狠勁兒。

在普通人眼中,職業小說家應該是不舍晝夜地伏案工作,資深跑者的鍛煉強度更難以想象。可村上春樹的生活卻有張有弛,十分規律。每天早起后的三四個小時集中精力寫作,午休后跑步,日暮時讀書、聽音樂。

在與寫作和跑步相伴的幾十年里,他既勤勉耐勞、不惜體力,又謹小慎微地呵護自己的熱情,既怕惰性來襲,又怕用力過猛。

他說:要讓慣性的輪子以一定的速度準確無誤地旋轉到最后。

堅持,從長遠看,要循序漸進,就每一天來說,要量力而為。

既要摸清自己的節奏,也要管住自己按這樣的節奏堅持下去。不盲從,也不隨性,不蠻干,也不懶散。

只有不亂節奏,才能持之以恒。

你的恒心,與你的心態有關

堅持不下去的另一個原因,恐怕是因為我們想太多。

健身兩周,就希望身材賽過誰;看了兩本書,就期待生活有什么不同;勤奮兩個月,就算計著什么時候能夠功成名就……

人心都是肉長的,若是在它上面加了太多的砝碼,它就會不堪重負。

堅持不下去的時候,不如停下來審視一下自己,將自己內心的能量挖掘出來,找準自己的節奏,讓自己心態更平和一些,而不是一味地逼自己死撐。

任何目標與堅持都是生命長河里微不足道的一段,即使某一段堅持并沒有當下立見的好結果,但正確的堅持習慣卻會讓我們越來越有力量,對每一次新的挑戰都從容篤定。

只有真正堅持過,你才可以坦然地說一句“盡人事,聽天命”。
